We will see you at one of our four convenient offices located around the city of San Francisco. If surgery is needed as part of your treatment plan, we will coordinate with you and your insurance company for your care at one of the following surgical facilities: Presidio Surgery Center, California Pacific Medical Center campuses at Davies, Mission Bernal, Pacific or Van Ness, St. Mary’s Hospital, St.Francis Hospital, Chinese Hospital.

General information regarding your visit:

• “Better three hours too soon than a minute too late.” – William Shakespeare – Please be on time for your appointment to help keep our Doctors and other patients’ schedules efficient. Late arrivals risk reschedules and possibly a no show fee.
• We require a full business day’s notice to cancel your appt without penalty. If we don’t hear from you a full business day prior, you risk a no show / late cancel fee of 50.00
• We require 10 days notice to reschedule / cancel surgery without penalty. Less than 10 days will be a 500.00 fee.
• We require 7 days notice for Allergy Testing reschedule / cancel. Less than 7 days will be a 200.00 fee.
